The double room was modern and had all the amenities we needed. Our stay was really nice, and the entire staff was super-friendly. - the service was amazing with a smooth check-in. - Parking on-site was convenient. - the location in a beach area was good, ideal, and close to a shopping area and market.

Booked the hotel for its marvellous and ideal location near a beach and one of the attractions, the Nampo-dong and Jagalchi areas of Busan, and Lotte Department Store. It also was to Busan train station;)))

We really enjoyed great and ideal location.
Location: the hotel was close enough to the Nampo-dong and Jagalchi areas of Busan, and Songdo Park & Busan Air Cruise. I found there good choice of restaurants to eat, like Seoul Kkakdugi that is only 15 minutes' walk away. Amazingly great staff, beautiful room - I had an excellent experience. The bathroom was clean, also it included a balcony and free WiFi...

The hotel has lots of freebies like bottled water , juices and instant noodles. The staff were very helpful even though they can't speak and understand English well .
The location was not that good too far from the city, and don't be confuse with the name beach its not along the beach but within a fishing port and the smell w/in the surrounding was not that good also, good thing their room has a nice sea view .

The balcony on the sea and the port ; the staff was really nice and helpfull ; the design of the room
The breakfast inluded in the price is a cup of coffee, toasts and jam you can have in the lobby (6m2), on a sofa, in front of the staff when new customers arrive, and you can have your breakfast only before 9 am.

The insulated flooring, the spacious room, the view
There was a problem with getting hot water in the bathroom on our second day and we called the frontdesk twice but nobody came to assist even after indicating that they would send someone up.

The view was really amazing and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony, eating lunch or just taking in the view!
If you don't like the smell of fish (and who really does?) you won't like how it smells outside as this is a fishing area with a large and famous fish market close by. But we never smelled anything bad in our room.

Excellent room! The room had all the things you expect from a four-star hotel and more: reasonably sized, a Wii, an internet connected PC, fantastic sea view, a full set of toiletries for him and her, free drinks in the fridge, great sea view and a brilliant bed for a good night sleep.
The location is not exactly pleasing. While the hotel is not in the country side, please note that it take a cheap 10 minute taxi ride to the middle of the city. That is if there is no traffic jam. Worst of all, you get a free wake-up call from the staff on the boats downstairs. Moreover, I was not exactly pleased when I found the underside of the toilet seat dirty.

The view from the room across the harbour was impressive and the hotel was value for money. We enjoyed our weekend stay knowing all other hotels in the area were full.
The location is a little bit away from the shops and bright lights but taxis are fairly cheap and the chance to explore the famous fish market is a plus. Do not confuse this hotel with Busan Beach Hotel.
